What delivery options do you offer?
You can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs. We currently offer delivery via PEP Paxi or The Courier Guy. Simply select your preferred option when placing your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer refunds if the tablet is found to be faulty or not working. All returned devices are thoroughly tested by our technical team before a refund is approved.
If our inspection confirms that the tablet has a manufacturing fault, your refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy. However, if we determine that the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, physical impact, or any other customer-related cause, the item will not qualify for a refund. In such cases, the same tablet will be returned to you.
When will I get my order?
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier selected.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R70 per order, regardless of whether you choose PEP Paxi or The Courier Guy.
